Return Process

  Log into your Blue account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items in their initial packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain attached and intact.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection via our portal.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
